Issues not visible in Big Picture

Hi,

When using Pig Picture Gantt scheme, I can not see all the issues linked as "child of" in the issue from Jira. Only a few issues are seen - and I don't see the logic reason behind it. They have all the same input.

I have tried to release the link and linked it again - still not working (not seen in Big Picture).
I have made sure that the "scope definition" is correct.
I have made sure all the input is correct - as far as I can see at least.

Anyone else facing the same? Thankyou for your help!

welcome to the community! 

There could be a lot of factors here. 
Could you give us some more information? Is there a common denominator in the issues that show or don't show? (e.g. are the issues that don't show from a specific project, little older, closed, issuetype...)

If not, and you are sure the issues should be showing, you could try resynch the data in the box , maybe something went wrong there.
