I have 7 issue "in validation" on my team-managed project:
However, When setting up columns, the number in the status is 0:
These issues do not appear either on the board or in the backlog.
The issuetypes have the same workflow.
Hello @Bela Rodrigues
in board configuration look under Custom Filters, there could be some sort of filter where issues in status "in validation" are not considered.
Thanks,
Tom

Okay lets try it the other way..
open up your Search issue - in Basic Search create the filter which returns all issue types in statuses "in validation, in progress, ready for dev" click Switch to JQL. The copy the final JQL filter a paste it to the Custom filters - Filter query.
Now back to your board, there should be drop down menu Custom Filters - click on that and select your new filter based on the name. Lets see if you can see issues in status "In validation" or not.

When i apply this filter, returns 61 issues:
Applying custom filter = status in ("In Progress", "In Validation", "Ready for Dev") in backlog, returns only 54 issues:
Still 0 issues in columns configuration:

Hi Bela,
could you please try to go to the Columns and statuses settings in Configure Board and create another column, for example "test" and map status "done" or "cancelled" for that column? Just to make sure that the "In Validation" status is not in "the rightest" column? And then just look if those Issues with status "In Validation" appeared in the backlog?

Thank you! That was it! Now i can see "in validation" issues in the backlog ("done" status is in the rightest column, and "done" issues do not appear in the backlog)
