I have issues that are not showing up in my backlog list.
I know this has been asked and answered several times. I read many answers and wasn't able to find one that solved it for me.
Here are things that are relevant to things others solutions have done.
The filter query for my board is this:
project in (ISS, SS, VL, COS, CCT) ORDER BY Rank ASC
I have no filters active in epic, version or quick.
When setting up columns, the numbers in the statuses is right:
But, when I go back to backlog view, where I would expect to see 65 issues ("Ready for Work" and "In Progress), I see only 12.
I am open to any suggestions.
Could you have a look at the 62 "ready for work" issues. What issue types are they? Stories (and issues at a story level), or are 50 of them sub-tasks?
Thank you for helping Nic.
Breakdown of item type in Ready for Work:
14 tasks
10 sub-task
2 stories
37 epics
My backlog shows all of the tasks. I know that epics and sub tasks won't who. I will investigate the two stories and see if that gives my any insights!

Ok, random initial guess - check that the stories and tasks are using the same workflow. You have three unmapped status which makes me suspect the stories might be using a different workflow, with unmapped status (and if a status is not mapped, the issues in it won't be on the board or in the backlog)

I was just getting into that. Our workflows are controlled by "corporate" so we can't edit them and I know i have (and want) mixed types on this board.
I think this is the answer here and am going to have to figure out a way to make it work. I may end up having a board for tasks and one for stories (yuch).
Thanks!!
