Issues not populating on board

Hello,

I've created a kanban board from a saved issues list, and all issues are populating except for one!  The issue query is based on assignee and one issue label, and all populate on the issue list. However, the board is missing one issue for one of the assignee.  All other issues In Backlog, In Progress, or Done appear on the individual's swim lane except for that one.

This is my board's subfilter JQL: fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY OR fixVersion in releasedversion()

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Could you show us the board filter and the issue view for the missing issue?

Hi Nic,

I was able to work with Jira admin and this was the fix they implemented: "I changed that Fix Version from Released to Unreleased and then back again." and it appeared on the board.
