Hello,

We've had this sprint board for years and we didn't change anything. I ended one sprint and chose to automatically move a few open issues to the next sprint. When I started the next sprint and opened the Active Sprint board, those tickets were missing. When I opened the backlog view and looked at the sprint from there, the issues were there. When I opened each individual issue, they were appropriately assigned to the active sprint.

Hi @Molly Borger

One thing you can try is to take the board filter query and run it separately outside of the board to see if the issues appear.  If they show up, it's probably not the filter.

Other things to check are the status that the issue is in and how the columns are configured for the board; any chance you can get a screenshot of one of the issues as well as how the columns are configured?

Are all your statuses showing on the Sprint

Board?

for example, the tickets that you put into this sprint board work flow align with the columns in the Sprint Board?
