Issues logging in after backup and restore process

I have recently moved from jira cloud to jira server with my workforce.

We have completed a backup and migrated all data across to jira server, the only issue being that none of us can sign in to the jira server instance.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the default sysadmin/sysadmin that is set when a cloud to server migration is performed?
