Not even ones that I create myself.
I also don't seem to be able to link other users via @

I updated my persmissions but still it doesn't work to link the Jira tickets.
Does my role also need to allow linking to the ticket I am trying to link to?
(Background Info: For the project I am working on I want to link to someone elses project)
