Is it possible to make extra hierarchical level in a Roadmap?
For example, to make it possible for Story to have childrean - Tasks. Or to make a new issue, which can have a parrent - Epiq and child - Task.

Take a look at this article on how to create hierarchies for Advanced Roadmaps in Jira. But you will need a Jira Premium Subscription to be able to do that.
