Hello,
After upgrading jira server to 8.9
igot a bug.
My Issues getting freezed, and i can't make changes.
Please help
"Getting freezed" does not tell us what the problem is. What changes are you trying to make? What happens when you try? Are you not offered the edit option, or does it fail?
Also, are you on Cloud or Server? You've said cloud, but named server in the question, please confirm?
Sorry for late reply,
I'm on server.
I had 8.0.2 and make upgrade to 8.9.0
After that i've transfer the old db to new server.
Everything is fine except , when i trying to search my open issues,
after choosing one issue, the screen and the all fields on it getting like disabled,
i see them but cant click on them.

Hmm, interesting one.
I have seen something like this before, but I'm really not sure if it really could be the problem for you. To rule it out, could you do two more tests:
First test: Go to Admin -> Manage apps
Make sure every installed app has been upgraded to the latest version OR disabled
Retest after checking all of that
Second test: Go to manage apps again and this time put the system into "safe mode" - this disables all the apps. Ideally, restart Jira too, so it's running completely "clean"
Again retest.
If this cures it, then we know it is an app causing a problem. Turn off safe mode, and then disable the apps (most people will disable them all and then re-enable one at a time, or disable them one at a time, retesting on every step. I tend to do them in batches - disable a third or a quarter of them. and if the behaviour changes, you know it's in the batch you just disabled)

Issue comes from plugin Clockify.
After reinstallation it was fixed.
Anyway thank you.
