Hi, I hope someone can help me fix this:
On the Release page of the Kanban Company Managed project, there are 3 issues included in Version 3.5.0, which is about to be released soon. Only 1 issue is in development, and the others are done and closed.
When I tried to release Version 3.5.0, I chose to "Move unresolved issues to the next version," which is 3.6.0. After I clicked the "Release" button to complete the process, there were no issues shown on the Release page of Version 3.5.0. The page was empty.
What should I do now to move unresolved issues to the next version in bulk when releasing?

When you view each of those three issues, do you see a green check mark and value displayed next to the Status like this?
That is displaying the value in the Resolution field. Jira is looking for a value in this field to determine that the issue is "resolved". If there is no value there then Jira considers the issue "unresolved".
If the issues are in a Company Managed project and you find that your "completed" issues are missing this data, then that means you Jira Administrator needs to update the Workflow applied to the project to ensure that the Resolution field is set when the issue transitions to a "completed" status and that the field is cleared if the issue transitions to a "not completed" status.
When you execute the Release action it will give you a pop-up with a link to display all the unresolved issues. You may want to click that link to confirm which issues Jira is considering resolved vs. unresolved.

It seems like my workflow needs to be updated. Currently, I don't have the green check mark.
In that case, can you reference any documentation related to the Resolution field is set when the issue transitions to a "completed".

If this is for a Company Managed project then in each workflow transition there should be a Post Function to
- set the Resolution when the issues transition to a green/done status
- clear the Resolution when the issues transition to any other status.
