Issues assigning agent.

Hello,

Im facing a problem in my jira, that I can't assign a reporter and delete tasks. Even though i created the jira and im the admin, so supposedly I should be the agent. But yet I dont have the authority to assign a reporter and delete tasks. 

Your help would be highly appreciated!

Hi Rayan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

To add yourself to that role, go to Project Settings > People and then click the Add people button. There you can put in your name and select Service Desk Team.

Check your project permissions, it looks like you don’t have “Service Desk Team” role.

That is true i dont see it the "Service Desk Team" how can I add it?
