Issues Hiden!

Hi Guys

Something rare is happening on my project..(New Generation Type) , suddenly, many Issues dissapear in the APP(App on Phone), but when I log in into de Jira Cloud the Issue is there!....

I mean, I can see the Issue on Jira Cloud but I can`t see it on Jira App(Phone)

What could it be?

Hi Manuel,

did you use a board when you say the "issues are hidden" or where are you specifically are trying to locate them in iPhone App?

From the documentation:

you have the option to display the backlog along with boards.

There are some possibilities to hide things, for example when working with sprints as per the documentation you can select v to minimise the sprint. The same can be done for the backlog below.
Probably it got hidden from there?

When you say in Jira Cloud the issues are there I assume it is some kind of displaying issue, but be reminded that there are still other things to remember, like:

If you don't have sprints enabled, the done issues will be automatically removed from your next-gen board after 14 days, including from the backlog view.

This could somehow also apply for different scenarios.
