It seems like when I added new phases to the Jira workflow, some of the issues that I had moved from the previous status to the new one became hidden. Any idea why this happened?

Thanks, I found a solution by changing the column mapping on the board.

hi @ProjectAdvisor , you indicate that you added new phases. By chance do you mean statuses? You mentioned issues moving from Previous statuses to new ones. Are you saying that an issue transitioning into the new status is becoming hidden or are you referring to the fact that replaced an old status with a new status in your workflow? Finally you indicate that the issue is hidden. Where exactly is it hidden from? Can you search and find the issue? Is it no longer present in a board?

It is a common error to make (I still do it), adding new status to a workflow, and forgetting to add the new status to a column in the board settings.
