We upgraded our Data Center installation to v9.4.14 a couple of weeks ago. Since our users have reported multiple issues with adding comments. The behavior demonstrated is Jira does not activate the Add button for the second comment when a prior comment was already added. This behavior is present in both Chrome and Edge and doesn't look like a browser issue.
Has anyone else seen this behavior, and if so do you know of a fix?

Do you use any addons? I would suggest to run Jira in Safe Mode to exclude that kind of problem.

Thanks Mirek - we run multiple addons, but none of them have been updated for over nine months.
We'll try running in Safe Mode as a test in our DEV environment.
