Hello,
Currently I having problem with a created workflow for my support desk. The problem is that I have is that my status are all messed up and I am unable to associate the correct statusses with the active workflow I am using.
The workflow I made for my supportdesk:

some are associated to 2 workflows: 1 standard Jira workflow and my own created and some are associated to 1 workflow. See below for reference:
Now when I look at the test user which is logged in the portal to check what open requests and closed requests there are. I can see statussen which are not on the right place as seen below:
As you can see 1 ticket has the status done @ open requests
as you can see this 1 status has the status in progress @ closed request. Also the color is green and I used to blue color for this status in my workflow.
Now when I go in to the servicedesk and "solve" a ticket and set the status step to done I see the following:
the solution and resolution status don't add up.
When I press view workflow it does show me the right workflow:
I seem to have a problem with associating the workflow with the correct statussen and resolutions, but I can't see how to solve this. Can anyone help me?
