Issue with webhook event configured to ServiceNow

We have configured webhook event, to trigger servicenow and it was working perfectly for one project, so now we want to use for some other channel also.. but somehow it's not working for that project?

A single webhook event should work for all projects right? or for each project we have to create a webhook event to trigger servicenow?

Can you maybe share some additional details on how this integration is set up? From what I got, the trigger is actually in Jira and then it's sending data to ServiceNow 👀

Now, are you using Jira webhooks or Jira automation and "Send web request" action to notify ServiceNow?

Can you also share what the trigger is and how you've configured things so far? Also, when it comes to differences between spaces (ex. projects), are we talking about company-managed or team-managed ones (official docs)?
