Issue with highlighting Summary title when using a newly added issue type.

I added a new issue type of "Feature" to our program board.  When creating a new "Feature" on our existing Program board, it doesn't give me the option to add a highlighted color to the Summary title.  I can add a highlight color to the Summary title on any other issue types.  What steps did I miss??

Would you please post an image of your program board, and perhaps examples of where you are adding a highlight color to other issue types?  That will provide the community more context to try to offer ideas.  Thanks!

I tried to post an image from SnagIt, from MS Snipping tool, and also from MS paint using Cntl V, but it won't paste anything.  Any thoughts??

Please try to save your image locally first and then upload it to the question using insert photo/image icon in the message edit.
