I'm facing an issue with sending group emails in Jira, specifically when attempting to send a single email to multiple recipients within one group. Interestingly, the email functionality works perfectly fine for another group on the same mail server. Both groups have the same permissions and settings in Jira, and I can confirm that they appear identical.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this problem? I'm unable to identify what could be causing the issue, as both groups seem to be configured correctly.
