Dear Team,
We have migrated our old Jira instance (server) to a new Jira instance (data center). After the migration, users are reporting that they are getting filter subscription emails from the old Jira instance that they have scheduled on a daily basis. And if they click on any URLs available in the email, for example, edit the subscription (URL), it is pointing to old Jira, and they are getting a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" error. Since the old Jira instance is no longer available.
Could you please suggest how we can delete the filter subscription set in the old Jira instance? So users can not get any emails from the old Jira instance.
Thanks,
Alby
Hi @Alby Siby
Is the service of the old server installation not stopped?
If the service is not active, the emails will not be sent.
