Issue with Jira LDAP

Hi Team,

 We are facing issue with Jira LDAP user directories. Users are showing as in-active and its not showing any existed groups information until they logged into Jira. when ever users are logged into Jira then only its showing all the existed groups on the particular user and it again logged out (/asking user name and password) automatically after 20 mints of login and the user profile is showing as in-active in User management.

Configuration of LDAP server details in Jira as below:
Directory Type: required Sun Directory Server Enterprise Edition
LDAP Permissions: Read Only, with Local Groups
Advanced Settings:
Secure SSL --> Enabled
Naive DN Matching --> Enabled
Update group memberships when logging in: Every time the user logs in
Group Name Attribute in Group Schema Settings : cn

We faced this issue recently post migrate the LDAP server. i.e, from ODSEE to OUD 12.2.1.3.0 version.

Please find the below issues which we are facing in our instance.

1.Many active users are showing as inactive state until they logged into our instance.
2. Inactive user associated groups are not showing in Jira until they logged, it will fetch the all exited groups automatically.
3. Users are auto logged out after some time and again its asking to enter user name and password.

May i request you to help the above issues on our instance and kindly let us know if you need any more info from my end.
