Issue with Jira Cloud on Citrix

 Using Jira on the cloud on a Citrix instance, is it possible to turn off offloading the processing to browsers? It take too much time for jira load.

No, the work being done is client-side, it makes no sense to do it on the server. 

The browser's job-description is that it is supposed to be doing that part of the work.

The problem here is Citrix making poor assumptions and trying to push load to the wrong place.  There is an easy answer - Cloud is a public service, there is no reason to use Citrix to access it.  So stop using it via Citrix, as it's wasting your resources and annoying your users.
