Issue with Automation for Jira in Jira Cloud

Hey All,

So we traditionally used Jira Portfolio and recently made the decision to stop paying for it.

As a result we created a custom field named "team assignment" and have been using it with no issue for our team tracking purposes. I am trying to execute a one time automation that will copy the contents of that field down to the same field on any of its sub-tasks.  When I run that rule it tells me that the rule has executed successfully but that "Tried to copy value but fields are incompatible customfield_10109 : customfield_10109" 
Any ideas on how to better accomplish this or how to get my current automation working?

I would suggest you open a support ticket directly with the Automation for Jira folks. I have found them to be very responsible and helpful.
