  1. Select "Create" to open the ticket creation dialog.
  2. Check the "Create another" option at the bottom, set a value for "Linked Issues", fill in the required fields, and click "Create".
  3. When creating the next ticket, the "Linked Issues" field appears to be pre-filled with the same value as the previous ticket. However, after creation, the ticket is created without any linked issues.

Interesting... @강호진 👀

Seems like a system issue for sure.

What happened to me is that the work item was linked to second/latest work item I've created, but not the first one, which I've obviously linked. 🤔

I'd recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support and reporting this 👈
Feel free to link this thread if they need more info.

Cheers,
Tobi

Hello @강호진

To add to @Tomislav Tobijas answer, this is a Jira Cloud bug, not something you set up wrong. Atlassian already has a public bug that matches your case very closely: JRACLOUD-97461. It describes the same pattern where Create another keeps the linked value visible on the next create screen, but the next issue is created without the link. There is also a related bug, JRACLOUD-97808, for the UI keeping the Linked Issues token while the backend drops the link on later creates.

Definitely this things are partly broken from Long Time.
