Issue when i try to update Jira ticket summary via Postman

Hello,

 

I have this issue when i try to update summary on existing ticket in Jira using Postman. I have completed the request url; the authorization details(username &password/token) in authorization tab and i have specified Basic Auth as authentication type.  Also regardind token that i use in auth is active and is accessed after i run the request in Postman. Unfortunately raise error message 

 "Issue does not exist or you do not have permission to see it.".

Can someone please help?
