Issue watchers not receiving email notifications

Deleted user September 5, 2018

Dear

I've noticed some problems with the notifications we should receive (please notice the attachments below).

First of all, I've checked all the notification settings and they seem to be OK for every project.
However everything seems fine, I'm not receiving the notifications correctly.

I've checked whether I should receive notification by using the Notification Helper. This, as well, all seems fine.

I've no idea how it is possible that I'm not receiving the notifications correctly.
The problem appears when I comment on an given comment in a client ticket.
My colleagues receive the answer, but I don"t. Which is very odd.

Can you please tell me where the problem is coming from and which steps I have to take to receive the notifications?

Thanks in advance

Nelleke

Hello,

By default if you make a change to a Jira ticket, you do not receive a notification, because it was done by. But you can change it in your profile settings. You can find more info here:

Go to the managing email notifications part.
