Issue to connect microsoft Copilot

We are experiencing an issue when trying to connect Microsoft Copilot to our Jira instance. During the authorization process, we see the following error message:

"Hmm... We're having trouble logging you in. ID: 6845d9bc-2f72-46ef-8a35-4425a2e8a870"

Thank you for your post. Have you followed this tutorial https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/jira-cloud-deployment ?

It seems that you are using a not enabled user in Entra Id.

What does it mean Enable in Entra ID , the user that try to set the connection is Global Admin 

The Error comes from the Atlassian side

Yes, I followed the tutorial. 
What is Entra Id and where should this be enabled?
