Issue status causing errors when importing into Cloud

I have set up a new project in the cloud and am migrating from a server instance via a CSV file.

The new project has a different set of status but have mapped in the importer. When I run the import I get the following message for many (but not all) of the stati.

"does not have a linked step in the [ Software workflow for project 10000 ] workflow"

Hi @Andrew Williams welcome to the community!  I'm just curious, have you tried the Cloud Migration Utilities?  We did that to migrate from Server to Cloud and it worked pretty well.  Any issues that we had, if the migration assistant didn't have an answer of what to fix, support helped us out tremendously to resolve our migration issues.  I would suggest using the latest Jira Cloud Migration tool.  Just my two cents.

I don't have admin access on the Server instance, hence was trying to go via a CSV file.

I've managed to import all of the issues into a project with the default statuses so am guessing the validation is a little off for non-standard workflows.
