I need to configure the Issue level security the following way:

1) Issue A (task) can see group lavoratory

2) Issue B (task) can see group Administration

3) Issue AB (parent) can see  group lavoratory and  group Administration (not required, if this prevents 1 and 2)

How can this be configured on JIRA Core ?

Hello Diego,

Welcome to Atlassian community!

Just to ensure we are on the same page, Issue security levels are created within issue security schemes and let you control which user or group of users can view an issue. That been said, I understand that you want the following:

1) Allow only the group in group Lavoratory to access Issue A (task)

2)Allow only the group in group Administration to access Issue B (task)

3) Both groups can access the Issue AB (parent)

Is that what you want? If I have understood it properly, you can achieve your need by performing the steps below:

1 - Create a single Security Scheme with two Security levels: Lavoratory and Administration

2 - Add the respective groups to the Security Levels

3 - Navigate to your project > project settings > Screens > Add the Security level field to your screens

4 - Configure the issues you want with the proper security level:

Issue A = Lavoratory

Issue B = Administration

Issue AB = Lavoratory and Administration

For more specific details on how you can create Security Schemes and Security levels, you can check the documentation below:

Configuring Issue Level Security

Let me know if this information helps.
