Hi,
I have integrated the JIRA cloud addon to MS teams however have come across problems related to the issue layout/view.
- When creating a new issue directly from MS Teams (as can be seen from the below two images) the layout has not correctly been synced from both platforms.
- In addition all other users on JIRA other than me have a condensed list of fields when creating a new issue on MS Teams (seems like all custom fields and some other fields are not available to them.
- Finally when viewing an issue in MS Teams only a small selection of fields can be seen, however there is a "more fields" option that allows me to expand to all fields. However every other user in JIRA does not have this capability but me.
All These issues are related to the MS Teams/JIRA cloud platform, when using JIRA from the web browser none of the issue layout problems occur.
