We use JIRA and eazyBI in our projects. For issue explanation sake, Ill use simpler names. Teams are A , B, C and In JIRA, common board that we use across all teams is "X"

Teams are free to create their own sprint boards such as A, B and C

We have eazyBI as an add-in in JIRA and I have created a dashboard with graphs (velocity, sprint success and stability etc) which are sourced from eazyBI

For unknown reason, for a specific sprint onwards (example  sprint 232 onwards) , all the sprints are mapped to sprint board A instead of X

Hence, In team B's dashboard only when I change the sprint board name from X to A, then I see all closed sprints 232 onwards, and not otherwise

Could anyone please tell me the possible reasoning and solution for this?

Hi,

In Jira, there are no strong relationships between Sprints and Boards, they are based on filters.

In eazyBI, to create a hierarchy in Sprint dimension, during data import each sprint is assigned to one particular board, most frequently, to the board where the sprint was created (there are some edge cases).

Could it be you have recently changed the way how new sprints are created? If it is not your case, please, contact support@eazybi.com for more detailed investigation.

Best,
