Issue in access project dashboard in Jira

My Id is raj.kamal in Jira. I have been recently assigned to new project in ANZ and my team member added me as admin to the project but I am not able to access the dashboard.

Also, when I am trying to click on the link its taking me to  

However, in Saviyant I can see my Jira and confluence cloud has been granted access with entitlement "Jira" "Lamp" "Jira service management customer"

It is recommended by Atlassian Community that do not share the sensitive or personal site URL or any other information on the community page. You can edit your question and remove the domain name from your question and user test domain name.

1. First thing you can check is reach out to your Jira administrator and request/check with them that they assign you a Jira application license under your current Atlassian account. Once that’s set, the project dashboard link should load correctly and not redirect to the customer portal.

2. Once you have proper Jira application access, and still have issue to view Jira dashboard then check if Dashboard or its gadget filters are shared with project users or to you. For this you can get in touch with your site Jira administrator.
