Customers are facing "Tagging" issue in some projects. I checked & did many community answers. But nothings helps me out from this issue.
They can't able to Tag particular person in Ticket Comments section. if they use "@" symbol, no names population. But i can able to Tag any person in particular person. I am having Administrator role. Please help me out of this issue ASAP & also provide step by step what i need to do.

Hi @Vignesh Babu Nagarajan - Have you checked the Permission Scheme for the project to see who the Assignable user permissions are granted to?
Where should i check it? I am in under "Project Setting"

Click on Summary and see if you can see Permissions there. If not, go to People and add yourself as a project Administrator.

Yeah, i went permission section. under that, what i have to do? Some people can "Tag" in a ticket. But some of them won't do it. Can you pls explain step by step procedure. It will be easy for me to do it.

Thanks for the information. but this issue is not only facing assignee/reporter person. If no one (Support team) in our project can't able to "Tag" anyone in particular person.
