Issue export function for some projects gone/missing

Hi everyone,

we have running Jira Software and are having lots of projects in there.

Today surprisingly a user reported to me that the export function is missing in one of the projects.

I looked in other projects - other projects have the export issues function.

Where can the function be switched on and off?

Or why is it missing in some projects?

I solved the problem myself:

The user has to be jira-administrator or project-administrator as a project role.

Hello,

I believe that this button is added by one the plugins installed in your Jira. Find the add-on and look at the settings for projects.
