The Azure Devops app for Jira application is active in our site, we are running into an issue where we cannot enable or configure it for individual projects.Please guide us on the exact steps to make it active at the project level

What app are you using the one from Atlassian or from a 3rd party vendor?
The free one from Atlassian has no functionality to enable/disable this on space level.
So this app is on or off on all spaces.
