Hello,
I have a problem with the automated rule.
When the comment is added in to the issue and the status is changed, the e-mail is sent to the reporter.
All e-mail is correct, but the last part "description" is not in presentative format. The color codes are added (in original text those two rows are in blue). And one more thing is - too big space between rows. How can I resolve this problem? Tried several codes. HML format is choused
