Issue creating task pending

Hello,

I have create a mirror environnement from our production jira environnement to prepare update of the system.

On my jira mirror i have transfert Database and files to recover the same environement which works pretty well exept the creation of issue in the issue windows.

When i click on the button the windows pending shows up and charging infinite nothing happen. If i click on the button to open to a new tab the windows opens and the configuration works.

How can i resolve this issue?

In order to further investigate why your create issue screen is not displaying, can you please provide us with any errors returned in the Javascript console if your board and in your Atlassian logs directory at the time you reproduce the problem together with your current Jira version? You can follow the documentation below to get the logs I'm talking about:

- Logging and profiling 

While we still don't have that logs, I suggest you try the steps below:

1 - Run the integrity checker in your instance and fix any errors it might return. P.S: Run each of steps individually and in a time with less traffic in your instance to avoid any performance or communication breakdown.

2 - Run a re-index in your instance in a time with less traffic in your instance to avoid any performance or communication breakdown.

3 - Try to restart Jira
