Issue counting in Kanban project

My project is Kanban type. I don't know why the counting issue does not work. I have 14 issues in my Board with In progress issue but at the counting field displaying "0". Do I need some configuration?

Hi @Stella Vuong -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It appears you are using a Team-managed project with your Kanban board, and have estimation enabled...And none of the issues currently on the board have an estimate.

Please check your estimate values for those issues to confirm this.  Thanks!

Are you using a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?

When you hover over one of those bubbles, what does it say.
