I am the administrator of my project within Jira software, and when try to click on an issue it is saying I don't have access to the issue....and to check with my administrator.. but I am the administrator and this is the only ticket/issue I can not click on.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Admin does not mean "can do anything", it means "can administrate".
The message you are seeing says that you have enough permissions to see the project, as you can see other issues (and that's probably because there's some role you are in as well as administrator - user, developer, tester, etc).
But a single issue block strongly suggests your project has an issue security scheme. Someone has set a security level on the issue that you are not in, so the issue is hidden from you. You'll need to check what the level rules are and work out how to get yourself added.
welcome to the community and thanks for your question.
This is typically a misunderstanding of the Admin Role in Jira. Jira uses Permission Schemes in projects, which make it possible to give permissions in a finely granular manner.
Being able to administer a project does not necessarily mean, that you will have access to the issues. There is the browse project permission, which grants access to the issues in the project. If you do not own this permission, you will not see any issue but still be able to configure the project as an admin.
Additionally there might be issue security active, which restricts the visibility on an issue basis.
As @Michael Yaroshefsky - Visor for Jira said, it is a good idea to check your permissions via the permission helper.

Hi @Keely Liverpool
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
That is a bit weird that you can't access an issue and you're the admin.
Try Jira Permissions Helper. This can help you diagnose why you can't see an issue https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/jira-admin-helper-938847791.html#JiraAdminHelper-PermissionHelper
I hope this helps,
Michael
