Issue Upgrading Licenses

Hi,

We have been Jira for a while on a starter license. We are now willing to use for a larger audience and there for have purchased more licenses.

Unfortunately we are an EU institution and our new licenses are under a global account which is different than the one used so far.

Hence we are blocked trying to replace the licenses. Could you please indicate which procedure we should follow in such case.
