Issue - Technical Answer

I'm wondering which is the proper path to edit the technical answer for my issue. I've handle it to done and I would like to complete it with the final answer provided but I'm struggling with the technical answer editing, I can see it, but I can't realize how to edit it.

I am a little baffled by the question. What field are you trying to update with the "technical answer"?

It is the one in red here below. Is one of the issue field.

Is this a custom field that you created? What happens when you click the Edit button? 

Finally, make sure that the Technical Answer field is available on the Edit screen used by that project.

Actually I solved it.

In project setting I selected the relevant Screen and then added field.
