Issue Notification Bug

I have a subscription to a filter that finds issues that have recently been created. I would like this subscription to run every fifteen minutes.

The Next send column is clearly wrong. That is annoying but intermittently, it is not sending the notifications.

i have not seen this though i don't do every 15m subs either. I would suggest deleting and re-adding the subscription.
