Issue Navigator: How do I get all subtasks where component = XX and its parent component != XX

The reason I need this is that team works on component XX and I want to see all tasks and subtasks of the component XX. The problem is I dont want to see the subtasks where the parent is component XX so just the subtasks where commponent = XX and parent component !=XX
