Hi Guys,
I'm creating a service desk for our startup, so customers can create ticket request. I was managed to edit and adapt 60%-70% of the fields, but I struggle with the Issue fields and tabs. Default tabs are just to many for our needs and we would like to change and hide them.
I used all of your online help and looked allover the project settings to find the "Issue Layout", but until today I couldn't have found it. We would need it desperately, can anyone help me in that matter? I would be happy if you could just post the right paht, to find the screen everything else should not be a problem from my point of view.

Unfortunately, the Issue Layout menu is not available yet for JIRA Service Desk projects. We have a feature request opened to get it implemented in SD:
- Enable Issue Layout for JIRA Service Desk
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
For now, you can order/remove the fields in your issue view by navigating to your project > Project settings > Screens and clicking on the issue view screen of your service desk project, however, it is not possible yet to move fields from the left menu to the center or vice-versa.
