Day one on Jira and tasked with standing up a production solution immediately (naturally).
I'd like to use an issue collector embedded in an externally facing website to collect issues for a customer portal.
I was able to style the Request Type form much more along the lines of what I'd like to see than I am when creating an Issue Collector (the Request Type ability to edit the display of the field titles to make more sense for external folks, hide the descriptive text, define the required fields beyond the generic Summary field, etc).
Is there a way to select the Request Type as the template for a new Issue Collector? Ideally I'd simply link to the anonymous Request form, but we don't want the other Help Center links exposed to the users. The preference is to embed this single form in our branded site with other information around it.
