Issue Adding Clockify to Jira Incidents

I have an account in Jira where I manage several projects. However, I cannot add the 'Clockify' app, and when I go to the Marketplace, it appears as 'App requested,' but it does not show up when I try to open an issue. It's worth mentioning that I have another account that I created not long ago, and in it, I have a project where I was able to add the 'Clockify' application. I am attaching images of this.

Hi @René ,

I would suggest checking 2 project permissions for thr project where you can't add the time log.

1. Edit issue permission

2. Work on issues permission

Both these permissions would be needed in order for your user to be able to add the worklog on a Project
