Hi Audrey,

Yes, this should be very possible. It really starts with your current workflow/process, and then you build that out in Jira. Use a Jira Software Company-managed project/space with Kanban template for the initial build. Then the workflow can be modified to do most anything you need.

You can add statuses to your workflow that represent the life cycle of your tasks.

There is no right or wrong, the Jira workflow needs map your business processes.

A possible example:

1. Intake & Planning

2. Creation

3. Review & Compliance

4. Production

5. Publication & Distribution

6. Post-Publication
