Is there gadget that able to track status and the change log?

I on my way to build Jira dashboard and looking for suitable gadget that can track status and the change history.

What do you mean by "track status" and "track the change history"?   What are you actually looking for here?  And why?  What benefit is it to the end user?

i want to utilize the workflow on jira for track audit findings, it's not building an app nor for benefiting end user. it's for top level management to see the the changes of the audits status

If you need an "audit" on an issue, look at the issue you want to audit, it has an issue history.
