Is there any way to personalize any field during the creation of a form?

Upon creating a form the field dedicated to the ''teams'' choice is set up with international teams, I am wondering if I could personalize the field ?

Is this the Standard Team field or a custom field?

If the field is selectable in the form, it must be a custom field. 

Either way, you will need to ask the Jira Admin to add choices to those two fields.
