I have a task in which I need to show stage wise start date, end date and revised date for all the stages. For example:- If kanban board has Backlog, In Progress etc.. then I want to add dates there (Backlog is stage 1, start date : Any date, end date: any date, revised date: any date), this I need to show on kanban board. I know we can mentioned dates for all tasks, but here I need to mention dates for stages.
Hi @Sumit Raghuvanshi
Here is another approach!
To accomplish this, we can use advanced roadmaps in Jira. This feature will allow us to visualize stage start/end dates and stage revised dates for entire stages or phases, such as "backlog "and "In Progress", directly within the timeline. it's an effective way to manage track these dates across the boards.
Thank you @Sanam Malleswari , It is working for me.
Need one more suggestion, Can we do something like, If revised date changed then automatically next task revised date add the number of days which got adds on previous task?

No, standard Jira automation won't work directly for fields only available in Roadmaps and not on issue screens. To achieve this, you'd need a custom script using Jira's API or a third-party app, as Jira automation can't detect changes in fields that aren't on screens.

This would require you to create custom date fields that you can use on an issue.

Yes, this I already customized but it is showing only for an issue and I want start date and end date for whole Backlog tasks(Stage 1). For ex: Backlog starts date is something and end date is something with this given period of dates backlog's task should be completed. Please refer the attached screenshot.
Here the green epics, I want something like start date and end date for all epics.

This is not possible.
Board columns are for process and are based in status.
Only issues contain information.
