Is there any way to make querys to the database in an ondemand installation?

I need this in order to create custom reports.

I think I read that I should send an email to the support area and ask to send me a backup of the data... but I can't ask them to send me a backup every single day in order to have an update report... I need something more dinamic.

I need some kind of orientation... thanks

I don't think this is allowed at all, but you could raise it with support to see if they'll grant you a read-only account.
